By using the platform you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, stop using it. You must be at least 18. We may revise the terms by publishing an update, and may notify you of significant changes by email or account alert. Continued use after publication signifies acceptance. Please also read our Privacy Guidelines, Cookie Policy, Accessibility Statement and Refund and Chargeback Policy.
We offer copywriting and digital content, including website and landing-page copy, SEO articles and blogs, whitepapers, reports, pitch decks, social and advertising content, marketing and email copy, editing, proofreading and custom work. We may change or expand the offering. Approved users can also participate in the Creator Program described below.
Some features require an email-based account. Supply complete and accurate registration and order information, protect your credentials and notify us immediately of unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity under your account; inaccurate or incomplete details can cause delays or errors. Do not access systems without permission, use the service for unlawful, harmful or misleading purposes, or interfere with its operation.
Unless stated otherwise, the website's content, design, trademarks and software belong to NeonDot Creatives. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for lawful personal use. Copying, distribution or exploitation without prior written permission is prohibited and may lead to suspension or legal action. Users must respect others' intellectual property.
Place orders using the site form and track them in your dashboard. We aim to meet the timeframe in the order confirmation when you provide the required instructions and materials on time. Clarifications or additional resources may change the delivery date. An order is complete when final files are uploaded to your dashboard or sent by email and a delivery notification is issued.
Submit clear revision requests within seven calendar days of delivery. If no revision or dispute is raised in that period, the order is treated as accepted and complete. We retain communications, delivery confirmations and proof of completion for at least 24 months for dispute and card-network purposes.
Full payment is required before work begins. Prices are shown on the site or supplied before confirmation, and payment must use a method offered there. Displayed prices may be in EUR, GBP or other stated currencies and include VAT in services and final baskets. Your bank or payment provider may apply transaction, conversion or other charges and exchange rates; applicable taxes for buyers outside those regions are handled by the provider. An unsuccessful payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the order.
NeonDot Creatives acts as merchant of record. NetCo, described as a PCI-DSS Level 1 payment provider, processes card transactions; we do not collect or store full cardholder data. Card-network rules, including Visa and Mastercard rules, apply. Your statement may show the existing descriptor “WORDIVOX*CYPRUS” or a similar variation. Contact [email protected] with billing questions. Refund, cancellation and chargeback requests are handled under our Refund and Chargeback Policy.
We may terminate service, close an account and notify authorities where appropriate for prohibited activity, including:
Third-party links are provided for reference; we do not control or endorse their content, security or practices. Your use is at your own risk. You are responsible for lawful use of the platform. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misconduct caused by misuse of content, reputational or employment harm or third-party disputes caused by users, or delays beyond our reasonable control. You agree to indemnify NeonDot Creatives for claims or losses arising from your misuse.
We may restrict, suspend or end access without notice for breach or misuse. Terms concerning intellectual property, payment, liability and governing law survive termination. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
Registered users may apply through their dashboard. Applying does not guarantee acceptance; applications may be under verification, verified or rejected. Rejected users can reapply. We may refuse an application or revoke Creator status for breach, operational, compliance or risk reasons.
Creators act independently, not as employees, agents, partners or joint venturers, and are responsible for their own taxes and regulatory duties. Verified Creators may pick available orders; a picked order is exclusively assigned to that Creator and must be submitted within 24 hours in DOCX or PDF format. Late orders expire and can lead to loss of Creator status; repeated failures may result in permanent removal.
Upon submission the order is marked submitted and the client receives the content. We manually review submissions and may approve, require changes or reject them; payment can be withheld for plagiarism, fraud, non-compliance or breach. Approved earnings are credited within up to 48 hours after confirmation of quality and compliance. Earnings are not guaranteed before approval. Misconduct can lead to suspension or termination.
The non-transferable Creator balance is an internal accounting record, not a bank account or electronic money. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 5. A 15% platform fee is deducted when a withdrawal is requested; the net amount is shown before confirmation and submitting the request signifies agreement to the fee.
Withdrawals go only to a payment card issued in the Creator's own legal name. The Creator must be its lawful holder and provide complete, accurate details. Third-party cards are prohibited and can result in suspension or permanent termination. Requests enter “in progress” status. Timing depends on providers, banks and security, fraud, AML and compliance checks; we may delay or suspend processing and do not promise instant payment.
Third-party providers process withdrawals. We retain masked card information and provider tokens or reference IDs, not full card details, and do not act as a financial institution. Card-network and fraud-monitoring rules apply. Fraud, false withdrawal claims, system abuse or chargeback misuse can result in suspension, balance freezing, permanent termination or reporting to authorities.
Payments already made to Creators for approved work are not refundable to the Creator. A client refund or chargeback does not automatically entitle a Creator to compensation for work that breaches quality or compliance standards. These terms, including liability and dispute provisions, also apply to Creators; the separate Content Creator Agreement applies to their participation.
Nigerian law governs these terms and Nigerian courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory applicable law. Please first contact [email protected] to seek an amicable resolution.
